Rent Control Ballot Measure Signatures Submitted

Led by youth and adults from around the State, hundreds of tenants rights activists came together to turn in signatures hoping to qualify the Affordable Housing Act for California’s November ballot. The Affordable Housing Act would repeal the Costa Hawkins Rental Housing Act, a law that limits rent control.
